Summit Sisters is our largest Women’s Wilderness community gathering of the year and this year, we’re embracing more time together based on participant feedback! This extended four-day retreat is designed to strengthen both individual and collective resilience through engaging workshops, shared meals, meaningful conversations, outdoor adventure, and deep community connection.

This year’s retreat theme is Raise the Village: Centering our Connectedness, a powerful return to our shared humanity and the deep relationships that sustain us. Over a long weekend, we will embrace resilience, compassion, and courage through reflective, joyful, and rejuvenating experiences that honor interdependence and collective healing. Through outdoor exploration, movement, storytelling, play, guided discussions, and creative expression, we will strengthen our sense of community and uplift one another—joining as a force for good in fostering inclusivity and cultivating lasting belonging.
