Nourish: A Day of Tending the Heart and Cultivating What Wants to Bloom
Registration Deadline: June 25, 2026 @11:59pm

Course Description:
What happens when we spend so much time tending to everyone and everything else that we forget to nourish ourselves? It’s easy to deprioritize our dreams. In these summer months, we can take our lead from nature, where wildflowers bloom in the harshest climates and still blossom to be beautiful and vibrant in all their glory.
Join us on Sunday, June 28th for Nourish: A Day of Tending the Heart and Cultivating What Wants to Bloom — a restorative experience designed to help you breathe deeply, refill your cup, and create fertile ground for what’s ready to bloom in your life.
Through movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflection, we’ll explore what seeds you’re ready to plant, and how to give yourself what you need regardless of what the weather holds.
This day is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Together we’ll create conditions to support you in nourishing your mind, body and soul.
