Course Description:

Join us for Black Seed: A Journey of Tending, a monthly evening series of connection, reflection, and embodied practice centering queer BIPOC womxn and open to all BIPOC women. Together, we will gather in a welcoming space to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.

Through meditation, gentle movement, breath practices, poetry, we will explore what becomes possible when we pause long enough to notice our experience, stay present with what arises, soften toward ourselves, and return to the wisdom already within us.

This is not a space for fixing or performing.  It is an invitation to arrive as you are.  Whether you are seeking rest, community, inspiration, or a moment to exhale, this evening offers room to be held by collective presence and care.

Come as you are. May you leave feeling more grounded, connected, and resourced for the path ahead.
