Finding Your True North: A Walking, Wayfinding Workshop

Registration Deadline: July 29, 2026 11:59pm MT
We live in a moment that is asking a lot of us. Shifting roles and relationships. Career pivots. Overwhelm and uncertainty. Many of us are carrying questions we haven’t had the space or the permission to sit with: What do I actually want? What matters most to me right now? What’s my next right step?
Finding Your True North is a half-day walking workshop that creates exactly that space. Set against the trails of Chautauqua Park, participants will move through a guided framework for personal wayfinding: clarifying their values, naming their strengths, identifying where opportunity meets purpose, and leaving with a clearer and grounded sense of direction.
Nature is not just the backdrop here. Movement through the outdoors loosens what sitting still keeps locked. Open sky offers perspective that four walls can’t. The walk itself is a living metaphor for the process: you can’t always see where the trail leads, but you take the next step anyway.
This workshop is for any woman or non-binary person who is:
- Navigating a career transition or crossroads
- Feeling unclear or stuck about their next direction
- Craving more purpose-driven work or life
- Worn down by the noise of the world and in need of grounding
- Ready to reconnect with what they know to be true about themselves
