It is with great pride and excitement that we announce our new Executive Director, Kriste Peoples! Kriste is a self-described writer, outdoorist, speaker, producer, and leader who has been active in raising awareness and empowering women in the outdoors for many years. 

Kriste began her time with Women’s Wilderness as a volunteer. She has since worn many hats at our organization including building and growing our beloved Trailblazers program. This newest transition marks over seven years with the organization.

Please join us in welcoming Kriste into her new role with a shout out in the comments! We can’t wait to see what this new chapter has in store for Women’s Wilderness.
